150 Wall-Ball Shots, 20# / 14#
If you’ve never done this before – or are new – please, please, please consider scaling the # of reps on this workout. It will put you in a bad place for a long time…and nobody needs to be walking like a zombie for a week.
Mandatory 5-10 minutes spent foam rolling quads, glutes, IT bands, etc.
If keen, grab a LaX ball and work on calves/achilles as well.
Drink TONS of water in the next few hours to facilitate a speedy recovery.
