Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 15 minutes

6 KB Snatches (Alternate arms as desired)

9 V-Ups

12 OH KB Stationary Lunges

At the start of the workout, and each even minute after, perform 3 (full) cleans (85-100% of heaviest snatch)
