B): Back Squat (5-3-2-1)

Non-members stay light-moderate in weight. Do not work close to potential.

Metcon (No Measure)

EMOM for 6 minutes:

Odds: Max DUs/Single Unders

Evens: 5 Push Ups + 5 Air Squats

B): DB Push Press (4 sets of 7 reps)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 15 minutes:

6 DB Snatches

8 Box Overs (Jump or step)

10 Straight-Leg Sit-Ups

12 Russian KB Swings
Feel free to partner up and work one at a time, or in sync to complete the movements in tandem!
