Evens: 5 Push Ups + 5 Air Squats
B): DB Push Press (4 sets of 7 reps)
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
6 DB Snatches
8 Box Overs (Jump or step)
10 Straight-Leg Sit-Ups
12 Russian KB Swings
