EMOM for 20 minutes:

First Odd: 10 Front Squats

Evens: Max DUs

Second Odd: 9 Front Squats

Third Odd: 8 Front Squats

Fourth Odd: 7 Front Squats

Every odd minute strive to increase weight until hitting a heavy single for the final odd minute. Don’t go lax on the DUs, either!
