30 sec L-Sit

Max Push-Ups

10 Bent Over DB Rows (with each arm)

20 seconds Hollow Rock

200m Sprint AFAP
If non-member, be careful on “max reps” and only work through a moderate set of reps, as well as L-Sit and Hollow Rocks. Get plenty of rest in working sets. No need to be extremely sore.
