3 efforts of STRICT HSPUs (sub 5 negative reps if can’t do strict)

Max Wattage in 8 Strokes/Pulls on Rower

1 minute bottom of Air Squat

Finisher

Mandatory 5 minutes spent mobilizing/recovering shoulders. Don’t be afraid to use LaX balls and go to the pain cave.
