Complete the following in order:

5RM Bench Press

500m Row

4RM BP

400m Row

3RM BP

300m Row

2RM BP

200m Row

1RM BP

100m Row
Only one “attempt” for each BP set max. If misses a rep – weight = 0 for that set.

Accumulate time for score.

Add total weight to comments, and 1RM to following BP benchmark.
