(in 12 minutes or less, build to a technically tough set of 3)

Metcon (No Measure)

OTM x 20

1st – 50ft sled walk

2nd – 20-30 sec sorenson hold

3rd – 15/12 cals on rower

4th – 30 sec FC (heavy)
