A. : Metcon (No Measure)

12 min amrap for quality

8-10 bent ovef barbell row

6-8 barbell roll out

4-6 KB jefferson curl

30sec/side side plank

B. : Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

Start a new set every 4 min x 4 sets

20* UB Wall Ball

200m AFAP run

Each set for time

*adjust wall ball reps up or down based on ability to complete them unbroken

*goal time per round is around 2-3 minutes
