Establish a 1RM of the following complexes:

7 minutes: 5 FS + 2 PP

6 minutes: 3 FS + 3 Jerks

5 minutes: 1 FS + 2 Push Jerks

4 minutes: 5 FS + 1 Split Jerk
Okay to pull from floor if preferred. Total score is weight combined.
