Clean and Jerk (3 x 2 + 1)
Interpret as such: 3 sets of two cleans + one jerk. Use the same weight for each exercise.
Choose your weights by feel. This week, all your sets should be challenging , but comfortably below what you might consider a “max effort” for that exercise. Use the same weight for all prescribed sets of a given exercise.
Overhead Squat (Three sets of three reps (3 x 3))
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
2 minutes max Box Jump Overs (24/20″)
2 minutes max Burpees
2 minutes max KB Swings (50/35#)
2 minutes rest, then repeat
