Hang Clean (Build to heavy single in 20 minutes)

30 Shoulder to OH (135/95#)

30 Front Squats

30 Hang Power Cleans Cleans

Every time you drop the bar, perform 3 burpee-over-the bars (okay to step over)
Please choose a weight you can string at least 5-7 reps together every single time. If you are ever putting 2-3 together at a time (or heaven forbid singles), decrease the amount weight.
