Power Snatch (15 minutes to build to heavy triple TnG PSnatch)

All reps are Touch-and-Go. Once you pull from floor, no resting back on the floor. Stay focused in positions on descent back into floor/first pull.

Wall Balls

Rest 1 minute

Heavy Russian KB Swings

Rest 1 minute

5 Pull-Ups

5 Burpees

Rest 1 minute

10 Push-Ups

10 KB DLs
