1) Double DB/KB OH Walk

2) accumulate as much time in top support on rings

3) hollow hold

4) accumulate as much time in bottom support on rings


B: Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

Start a new set every 3 minutes of the following

10 push ups

50 Dubz/100singles

15 KB swings 53/35

10 box jump overs 24/20
score time for each round
