B): Weighted Pull-ups (5-5-5)

While warming up and executing the 3 RM DL, complete three sets of 5 reps

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 5 minutes:

12 Thrusters (95/65#)

9 Pull-Ups

6 Hang Power Cleans

Rest 3 minutes; repeat
