High-Hang Clean (10 minutes to build to tough single)

Metcon (Time)

5 Rounds:

200m Sprint

12 Unbroken Pull-Ups

15 Unbroken DB Snatches (50/35)

1 minute rest between rounds
Scale Pull-Up # and DB Snatch weight to go unbroken and FAST every round. These reps should be cycled extremely fast, and intensity should be through the roof.
