20 minute EMOM:

3 Touch-and-go Cleans
Start around 40% of 1RM and slow build to (close to) failure.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP In 15 minutes:

6 Toes to Bar

9 Push-Ups

12 Air Squats

Starting the workout, and every 3 minutes afterwards, perform 7 Power Cleans (135/95#)
