9 Push-Ups

7 Deadlifts (135/95#)

5 Ring Dips

3 Cleans (135/95#)

Rest 2 minutes between rounds
Choose a weight that you can cycle quickly for both barbell movements.

Bench Press (Build to heavy single in 15 minutes)
