Front Squat (Three sets across of 2 reps)

Metcon (No Measure)

8 minute EMOM:

Odds: 20 sec HS Hold + [optional] 3-5 HSPU

Evens: 4-7 Strict Pull-Ups + Max Sit-Ups

1 minute rest

8 minute EMOM:

Odds: 3-5 Strict Ring Dips + 15 sec static hold (sub box dips if can’t hold rings)

Evens: 30 sec max Burpees
