B): Weighted Step-ups (5 sets of 10 reps)

Superset with Weighted Pull-Ups

Metcon (No Measure)


2 minutes DUs

400m jog

30 seconds HS Hold (Okay to toss in a few HSPUs, if desired)

1 set max Push-Ups

25 Sit-Ups
This is NOT an AMRAP. This is supposed to mimic a casual effort, at a conversational pace. Do not come close to redlining, rather settle into a pace where you could continue going at that rate for another 10-15 minutes at that same rate.
