A): Deadlift (Build to a heavy set of 5 Touch-and-Go reps)

B): Ring Dips (3 moderate sets of strict reps)

While warming-up and executing DL, complete these strict ring dips sets.

10 minute MAP Session:

2 TGU Left

2 TGU Right

20 Air Squats

Moderate set of Unbroken Push Ups

15 Sit-Ups

Rest 3 minutes before repeating ten more minutes – NO REDLINING
