A): Shoulder Press (5-5-5)

B): 1-arm/leg KB RDL (3 sets of 10 reps with each arm/leg)

C): Front Rack Barbell carry 100m (100m Front Rack Carry)

Superset all three movements together

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 minute AMRAP

400m Run

1 Snatch + 5 OHS

Can increase weight after a successful round. Score is rounds completed and the heaviest weight achieved.
